McKenna Pahang

How it all started

I've lived all over the world. These places include the USA, Canada, and the United Kingdom. From that time, I have taken on roles in people management in headquarters like lululemon and Aritzia. I found that personality tests like the enneagram, Meyers Briggs, and more helped me not put people in boxes, but understand myself, and the people that I managed.

The problem came when I wanted to provide them with something tangible, all comprehensive print to decorate their space. However, I could not find anything that matched what I was looking for. My complaining prompted my husband to tell me to make one! But, I blew him off because, like, who has the time?

Fast forward to today, we moved back to the United Kingdom to be close to family, I finished my Master's in Business Administration, and we are between permanent homes. On top of all this, we found we were pregnant! But through nausea, fatigue, and unemployment, I couldn't shake off that time was on our side and what my husband said all those years ago.

These prints and the business model are made with that story in mind. With attention to detail and love. To gift yourself, those loved ones, and coworkers to navigate yourself, others, your office, home, and the space in between.

Inspired by people and Beautiful spaces

McKenna is passionate about development and leadership with experience in the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom. She is inspired by people and beautiful spaces, separating her business into two factions. One area is creating physical prints to gift to loved ones or yourself based on popular personality assessments like the Enneagram, Meyers Briggs, and more. The second area is her love for training and training aspiring managers to utilize these assessments to bring success and unite their teams

Corporate leadership training

Facilitating training sessions with fellow leaders to support team building, understanding themselves as managers, and how to motivate their team to collaborate and work harmoniously. With experience in training leaders, I have seen the impact of introducing personality workshops in corporate offices that value health and wellness as a normal practice.
